Company Profile
The Stevenage Town Centre Management Company is a private Company, limited by guarantee, funded by Stevenage Borough Council and local businesses who appoint the Company's Board Directors.
Stevenage Borough Council is fully committed to improving the town centre, but has limited powers and resources. To compete successfully, Stevenage must harness the vision, energy, entrepreneurial drive, commitment, management skills, knowledge and resources of its private sector.
The Stevenage Town Centre Management Company has been structured in such a way that enables the private sector to become involved in the improvement of Stevenage Town Centre and influence the decision-making process.
